Scent profile: ibraq is known to be a great musk perfumer, but this time they are way too "on the nose". The perfume IS musky, powdery, white flowery. but it IS also very soapy, and kinda milky, which cheapens the scent profile to a degree. The cool down scent is good "not great, nor unique". It would be amazing if it was a body spray or an after-shower, not a stand alone perfume. Longevity and sillage: 5 to6h on clothes and and a bit longer on skin puts it smack-dab in the middle. but just like most ibraq perfumes it has great projection. The packaging and atomizer: the packaging and bottle follows the motif of the musk collection which is very good. the atomizer is great, the perfume comes out with force and great spread. Price: amazing
View ProductScent profile: a totally unique and one of a kind scent profile, never smelled anything like it, definitely not a people pleaser. Peach, rose, and incense, simple. Ever so well macerated to the point that you will smell the sum of the parts and never a clear singular note. Always the same amazing scent no matter the temp, the season, or anything else. Longevity and sillage: Eternally strong on skin, 12hs on clothes minimum. But it suffers when it comes to projection, I wouldn't say it's intimate but everyone will feel it's unbelievable heaviness in their nose as they shake your hand. Price: 700+ AED for a 100ml but definitely worth it. Note: the perfumes concentration is 30%, so it qualifies as "Perfum" and not "Eau de Parfum".
View Productscent profile: weirdly smells like Haribo gummy candy but way more intense. hold on, this is just the fist chapter of your day with this perfume. citrus, ginger, massively airy, but sadly smells very synthetic. as it cools down and the heavier scents start to come to the front this perfume shines. after the first 4 or 5 hours most of the citrus and ginger fades, instead other amazing scents take their place. sharp Turmeric, pepper, a certain woodiness, patchouli, vetiver, and more orangish citrus. the later scent profile of the perfume is a far cry from the earlier one. and to be honest way better. longevity and sillage: solid 8hs as is the case with almost all Ibrahim al Qurashi perfumes. the projection is actually insane. I'm usually one of those people that sprays more than the globally agreed upon 5 sprays, which is such a grave mistake with this perfume. it filled the room, my nose, my brain, and almost waged a war in the house. generally: I wouldn't say its very bad, but I'm not willing to spend the first 5hs in a cloud of gummy candy just to get to the amazing cool down scent in the last 3hs.
View ProductScent profile: Jareed is one of the best conceived, most inspired perfumes I've ever came by. If you've ever smelled the aromas of the desert region farms and Oases، you'll will definitely remember those very antithetical scents. The boldness of the white flowers and the calmness of rose, lemony coldness and hot spices, deep woodiness and very airy pollen. The mind simply boggles. Ibraq somehow was able to give you the feeling of the place using a lot of scents that u can't even find in an oasis. Longevity & Sillage: very strong in both, but seems to be easily overpowered by summery perfumes, and complemented by heavy wintery perfumes. Price: I got the entire irth collection, 4 other perfumes, and 6 testers for 295 AED, I'll just leave the judgment to you.
View ProductScent profile: a good combination in theory: rose, tobacco, saffron, and amber. But for some reason it doesn't do it for me. The sharp tobacco is overwhelming the other scents. Amazing for people who really love tobacco, simply because tobacco is always used as a base scent while in this perfume it is way more pronounced than any other perfume I've tried yet. Longevity and sillage: good longevity at 6 to 8 hours, and it's sillage is actually very good as well. The presentation is actually good. Keeping with the theme of doses and syringes, although it only comes in 100ml. Generally: probably perfect for people who are very interested in tobacco based perfumes, but personally it wasn't for me.
View ProductScent profile: this is one of the most interesting perfume I've ever used. Due to the very complex, complimentary, and yet not too emulsified scents used. the perfumes very top note majorly flip flops. when cold: zesty orange blossom, to watery lychee, to Narcissus. But then as it heats up u move to the very calm rose, to peony, to fresh apricot. The fact that everytime I smell my clothes the top note smells like something different and yet keeping the theme putts this one on the tippy top of my favorites. Longevity and sillage: this perfume is actually an "extrait de parfum", which gives it enough sillage and longevity to fill the room even after 6hs in the office, it only starts fading after 8hs. Comes in 100mls and 200mls so it's generally perfectly presented and sized. Price: Ibrahim Al Qurashi always has some sort of a sale going on so....
View ProductScent profile: very pronounced oud and bukhoor scents, which makes it very professional and culture appropriate in the UAE, with very fresh undertones of black current and watery notes, simply fantastic for a job interview. Logievity and sillage: very good longevity of around 6hs. The sillage is where it excels, as soon as it walks into a room it simply dominate. Generally: a perfect perfume for people who like the traditional Arabic scents of incense and oud because it pronounces them and accents them with watery freshness to belance them. One of my 3 top favorites from Ibraq.
View ProductScent profile: absolutely unique, and unrivaled in the musk category, gives the proper respect to the musk scent, feels very heavy even if it actually isn't. very musky, low sweetness undertones, smartly avoids the undesirable sharpness of the Frankincense. Longevity and sillage: around 4hs with very limited projection, which makes it my quintessential home perfume. It would be perfect if it was ever produced in a higher concentration, and in larger bottles. Generally: one of my main day to day perfumes, a definite top favorite, the best in the musk category. But simply lacks "more perfume in the perfume".
